I’m a self-described “spiritual atheist,” which might sound contradictory, but really isn’t. For me, spirituality means focusing on self-improvement and being in tune with the vast, awe-inspiring universe around us. I don’t tie morality to religion; I think everyone should develop their own moral code that feels authentic to them.
Politically, I lean progressive: public education, universal healthcare, and reducing inequality are all causes I can get behind. If you’re working to make the world more fair and equitable, you have my support.

Professionally, I’m a programmer. I currently work at Facebook, helping manage over half a million web servers, which host Facebook and parts of Instagram and WhatsApp. Prior to this, I used to work on Azure Core Storage at Microsoft.
